Stephen P. Triplett, Director Small Business GWAC (QTBAC), GSA
Stephen is currently the Director of Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contracts Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  He is responsible for the management and delivery of  four small business set-aside contract vehicles, 8(a) STARS, COMMITS NexGen, VETS and  Alliant Small Business GWACs to government customers worldwide.

Prior, Stephen served as the Deputy Assistant Regional Administrator, in the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), for The Heartland Region. He was responsible for developing strategies and planning for new business offerings, developing customer relationships, and leading a team of GSA employees to foster integrated solutions to meet customer needs.

Michael O'Neill, Director, GWAC Programs, GSA
Mr. O’Neill has over 26 years of experience managing acquisitions and IT programs. He has served in various senior management and executive positions in federal government and private industry. Currently, as Director of the Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Programs at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Mr. O’Neill is responsible for the strategic direction of the GWAC Programs. The Center’s total IT solutions portfolio promotes cost-efficient buying practices and reduced acquisition lead-time for federal, state, and local government agencies.
