He is responsible for the management and delivery of four small business set-aside contract vehicles, 8(a) STARS, COMMITS NexGen, VETS and Alliant Small Business GWACs to government customers worldwide. Prior, Stephen served as the Deputy Assistant Regional Administrator, in the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), for The Heartland Region.
